Becoming the Best You Can Be

In order to be the best you can be it takes more than just watching what you eat and making sure you get enough exercise and rest. To be your best you must understand how the world works according to “energy”. In a few years, science has gone from the conviction that energy had nothing to do with health and the body to an absolute certainty that the body IS energy.

Everything is energy! Your thoughts, feelings, and words are all energy. By nature, this energy is creative and magnetic. You see, we live in a world where “like attracts like”, therefore, when you think positive thoughts and have positive feelings you attract back to you resources, people, and experiences that are positive. The same principle holds true for negative thoughts and feelings…you will create more negativity.

To become the best you can be, it is imperative that you understand the role your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, perceptions, and words play in creating what you see in your life. At this point, some of you may be thinking that I am “blaming” you for what is happening in your life. If that is the case, I want to assure you I am not. You cannot blame someone for something they did not know. Instead, I am simply giving you more information so that you can make healthy, informed decisions about how you move forward from here.

Life is much like any sport. If you don’t know the “rules” you won’t master the game! Therefore, I am simply trying to teach you one of the most important rules in this game called life. What you focus on all day, what you think about all day, how you feel throughout the day, what you believe is possible every minute of every day…all create what you will experience in life!
